ETI is founded by Prof. Guang R. Gao (University of Delaware) and a team with entrepreneurial and technical expertise.

The key to ETI's business is its intellectual property and know-how on modern optimizing compilers and parallel processing technologies. These assets have been developed through the work of ETI’s founder and his associates in the last 15 years.

ETI provides consulting and software tools in the area of high-performance compiler and parallel processing technology with their applications in several important industries, such as high-speed communication industry .
