DEMAC CLUSTER
About the Cluster
The Delaware Modular Assembly Cluster (DEMAC) consists of 24 Parallella boards working in conjuction with each other. Nine of them have a z7020; the remainder house a z7010. They are each fitted with heat sinks and situated on a rack with 8 fans for maximum ventilation. Each board runs ethernet to a Catalyst 2960 Series switch so that they may SSH into each other and thereby use MPI to communicate.
